IRKOM Brief

This study intends to analyze the core features and specifics of IT services in Samsung SDS's logistics business and to explore the differentiators of Samsung SDS as a Korean company from its global competitors. We will focus on Samsung SDS’s directions for service development capitalizing on Korea's excellent IT technology capabilities. We will further analyze in depth the enablers for Samsung SDS to quickly stabilize its logistics infrastructure using its IT competitiveness and quickly secure competitiveness in the global market despite a lack of logistics experience.
